Cancellation Policy

BOOKING PROCESS - All bookings must be made through our official website. For events or large projects, bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance. CONSULTATION - A free initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) is provided to discuss project scope, vision, and pricing. - Clients are encouraged to provide all necessary details, including event location, timing, and creative ideas during the consultation. PAYMENT TERMS - Full payment must be received BEFORE the scheduled service date for all projects. - Failure to pay the remaining balance before the deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will not be refunded. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Cancellations made 48 HOURS or less before the service date will forfeit the deposit. - Clients may reschedule ONCE, after that a new deposit is owed along with a new session. - No shows will result in a charge of 50% of the total project cost. REFUNDS - ANY MONIES paid towards your session are NON-REFUNDABLE, in the event you have to reschedule or cancel. Unless the cancellation is caused by TEAZY PRODUCTIONS LLC PROJECT DELIVERY - Standard turnaround for most projects is 2-4 weeks after the service date unless otherwise discussed. For larger projects (e.g., event coverage, documentaries), a specific timeline will be provided during consultation. - Rush services are available at an additional cost and must be discussed at the time of booking. REVISIONS - One round of revisions is included in the project cost. Any additional revisions beyond the first round will be billed at an hourly rate. - Revision requests must be submitted within 7 DAYS of receiving the final project. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES - Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions, licenses, or releases for locations, talent, or third-party materials used in the project. - Changes in project scope after booking may result in additional charges. RAW FILES - No RAW files will be given to you as the client INTELLECTUAL - Teazy Productions LLC retains the rights to use project materials (videos, photos, designs) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. **By booking with Teazy Productions LLC, you agree to the policy, terms and conditions above for Teazy Productions LLC, and understand accepting is the same effect as manually signing a paper original contract and is legally binding.**
