Videography Policy

Deposits/Payments

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. 

• Sessions must be paid in full before your session. These payments are non-refundable.

• If you cannot attend your session, email contact@teazyproductions.com and the session will be rescheduled (no extra payment).

Cancellations

• Same-day cancellations results in a $50 fee

• No-Shows will result in payment of half of the booking.

Rescheduling

• 24 hours or more in advance requires no payment

• Less than 24 hours results in $50 fee

• You are allowed one reschedule FREE of charge, The second time will result in setting up a new booking.

Late Fees

• After 15 min, your appointment will be canceled and a "no-show" fee will be applied

​

Deliverables

• Short Form: Will be delivered within 5-7 business days through WeTransfer.​

• Long Form: Will be delivered within 7-14 business days through WeTransfer.

• NO RAW FOOTAGE

Once you receive the file, you will have seven days to review it, and submit any revisions.​​
