Contract

• All event videography services require a signed contract to confirm the booking.

• The contract outlines the agreed-upon services, fees, and terms

• Services will not be rendered without a signed contract on file

• Client will sign whether they can agree or decline to allow video(s) to be used for promotion, exhibitions, or social media.​

Deposits, Payments & Booking Policy

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract to secure the event date and time

• Both the signed contract and deposit must be submitted as soon as possible. The event date and time will not be reserved until both are received

• The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) calendar days before the event date

• Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event require full payment at the time of booking

• Payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances

• If canceled within fourteen (14) days of the event requires paying 50% of remaining balance

• If canceled within seven (7) days of the event requires payment of the full remaining balance

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates, subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date if the request is made at least 14 days before the original event date.

Late Fees

• Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee per day after the due date. No images will be delivered until the account is paid in full.

Deliverables

• Short Form: Will be delivered within 1-2 calendar weeks after filming date through WeTransfer.​

• Long Form: Will be delivered within 2-3 calendar weeks after filming date through WeTransfer.

• Digital Memoirs: Will be delivered within 2-4 calendar weeks after filming date through WeTransfer.

• NO RAW/Unedited footage will be distributed

• Once you receive the file, you will have seven calendar days to review it, and submit any revisions.

  • 1 free revision is included, additional revisions may cost an additional fee​

 

Client Guidelines 

• Videos may not be modified with filters, effects, or added audio.

• All videos must be downloaded through the delivery link; screen recording is not permitted.

• Clients are welcome to trim their long-form videos to create social media reels.
