Photography Policy
(Portrait Sessions)
Deposits/Payments
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session.
• Sessions must be paid in full before your session. These payments are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend your session, email contact@teazyproductions.com and the session will be rescheduled (no extra payment).
Cancellations
• Same-day cancellations results in a $50 fee
• No-show appointments forfeit the full payment and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

24 hours or more in advance requires no payment

Less than 24 hours results in $50 charge

You are allowed one reschedule FREE of charge, The second time will result in setting up a new booking.
Late Fees
-
After 15 min, your appointment will be canceled and a "no-show" fee will be applied
Purchasing Images
-
You can buy extra images outside of the package you chose for $15 each
Turn Around Time
-
Watermarked un-edited images will be within 1-3 business days through WeTransfer.

Final images will be delivered within 2-5 business days through WeTransfer.
Image Deliverables

Once delivered, your photos will be available to download for 30 days. Please save your images within that timeframe to keep your memories forever

For the best quality, please download your photos. Screenshots are NOT allowed.

To maintain artistic integrity, clients may not add filters or additional edits to the photos.

NO RAW IMAGES will be provided

No images will be delivered until the account is paid in full.
Model Release

A model release form will be sent and must be signed before any images are delivered.
By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Event Photography Policy
Contract
• All event photography services require a signed contract to confirm the booking.
• The contract outlines the agreed-upon services, fees, and terms
• Services will not be rendered without a signed contract on file
Deposits, Payments & Booking Policy
• A non-refundable deposit 50% of package pricing is required, along with a signed contract to secure the event date and time
• Both the signed contract and deposit must be submitted in order to reserve your slot
• The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) calendar days before the event date
• Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event require full payment at the time of booking
• Payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
• If canceled within fourteen (14) days of the event requires paying 50% of remaining balance
• If canceled within seven (7) days of the event requires payment of the full remaining balance
Rescheduling
• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates, subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date if the request is made at least 14 days before the original event date.
Late Fees
• Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee per day after the due date. No images will be delivered until the account is paid in full.
Turn Around Time

Images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after the event date, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Image Deliverables

All the best moments captured during your event will be delivered through WeTransfer as edited, high-quality images.
